with 22 years of experience in high-end hotels in Chile and Canada. Specialized in international cuisine and full kitchen operations management, with strong skills in team leadership, menu development, and quality standards. Recognized for technical excellence, operational efficiency, and adaptability in demanding culinary environments.
CEO and GENERAL MANAGER
Andrea was born in Italy to a family of entrepreneurs. At 18, he began traveling the world, immersing himself in different cultures and cuisines, which allowed him to gain extensive international experience. He eventually decided to relocate to Canada, where he met his current business partner, Juan. Together, they founded Manducate Catering.
One of his most significant professional experiences was in New York City, where he refined his expertise in preparing appetizers and canapés while collaborating with renowned Italian chefs. He has replicated this hands-on learning in various other locations across the globe. Andrea is now also dedicated to perfecting event catering to provide his clients with the highest level of service.
